Connector Improvement: Track Product Variant Deletes in Shopify

Currently, when product variants are deleted in Shopify, the record NULLS out in your destination as Fivetran does not track these deletions. Ideally, this would track the record as _fivetran_deleted and save the information so that the lookup id information is still intact.
