Connector Improvement: Setting Encoding For AWS,Azure, GCS

Hello, 

A new feature that would be incredible to have is to be able to specify a number of different encodings for these connectors to enable different file formats to be accepted and loaded into Snowflake without the connector failing or dropping rows.

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest this. Could you provide some examples of the encodings you would need and the different use cases you have for them?
