Other: opcode=5 for HVR Refresh

When performing a file based refresh into an S3 bucket, can an opcode 5 be the first record sent to allow us to identify that the bucket has to be cleared down?

Similar functionality as what happens when doing a refresh/truncate into an RDS.

    Hi Stephen,

    The capability to add a truncate record as part of a bulk refresh for a TimeKey file target (or Kafka) has been added to 6.1.5/2 for early adopters. It will go GA in 6.2 in the next few months.
