New Connector: IBM Cognos Analytics

Hi, 

  Having a connector that could allow us to move data from IBM Cognos Analytics to Snowflake would be great! Hope this is easy to develop and can be available soon.

    +1: I would like to connect out IBM Planning Analytics through Fivetran.

    Likewise.  It would be great if there is a standard connector for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).  I can see why it would be harder for general IBM Cognos Analytics, but TM1 should be more standardized.  Without this we are using the FiveTran SDK to connect.
