Connector Improvement: Oracle's LogMiner feature has been deprecated since version 12.2!

Hello,

When I select the Oracle connector, I see LogMiner as a CDC option, however, since Oracle version 12.2, this feature has been deprecated, as per this documentation.

So, should we be using "High-Volume Agent Oracle" connector instead?

    Hi!

    Thanks for your post in our portal!

    In the documentation you linked, Oracle states that CONTINUOUS_MINE, one parameter of LogMiner, has been deprecated. However, LogMiner itself is not deprecated and is fully supported and usable up to the most recent version of Oracle!

    We certainly still support LogMiner as a sync method
