Connector Improvement: Allow Connectors to Sync at Specific Times

Currently the connectors only allow you to specify the intervals at which the data gets retrieved. It would be useful to be able to set these refreshes as specific times.

    Thanks for your feedback! I was hoping to understand more about your use case – can you tell me why you want to set the sync frequency at a specific time rather than at an interval? What does this help you do?

    Hi Lyndsey! Having the ability to sync a connector at specific times gives us more control over the freshness of our data. For example, say we need the data to be refreshed by 8am every morning and we would like it to be synced every 4 hours, then we would be able to set it to refresh at 7am and every 4 hours after. Given how it's currently set up, we would potentially have to make it sync every 2 hours in order to get the refresh at 7am.

    Understood – and that makes sense. Using the 8am example, are there other processes that you kick off following the refresh? Or is the data being used in another way?
