Improving historical sync times is definitely on our radar. We have started exploring implementing Priority-First Sync for our Stripe connector recently, and is hopefully something we'll get to earlier this year. As for Square and Quickbooks, we don't have this planned at the near time however we will continue to collect customer demand to justify the commitment to support & maintain a high-quality Fivetran connector. Every upvote on this request increases the case to build it.
