Connector Improvement: More SurveyMonkey fields for GET survey details API endpoint

Hi Fivetran,

I open this feature request following this ticket: https://support.fivetran.com/hc/en-us/requests/127751

The Fivetran connector to SurveyMonkey is missing some of the fields that are available in a SurveyMonkey's endpoint that we're interested in. 

The missing ones are:

buttons_text
is_owner
href
analyze_url
edit_url
collect_url
summary_url
preview
pages.question_count, pages.href, pages.questions

    Any updates on this? I just ran into the missing data and given it's 2 years in it would be great to see where that's at :)
