Connector Improvement: Rename Shopify table "order" to "orders"

It would be better to rename the table to orders for two reasons:
- Because plural is better table naming
- Because "order" is SQL reserved.

Thank you for your feature request regarding the renaming of the Shopify "order" table to "orders." While we understand your concerns, our Fivetran schema principles prioritize singular table names for clearer semantics, simpler tooling, and reduced ambiguity. Implementing this change would also be a breaking alteration for all existing customers, which we aim to avoid.
