    Thanks for the heads up. We will look into adding support for this. Does the status column in the ticket table not capture the new, custom statuses?

    No, the standard status column in the ticket table does not appear to capture the custom status values. My understanding is that there's a different API operation that needs to be called in order to fetch the custom status values that hasn't been integrated with the fivetran connector as of yet.
