Connector Improvement: Add support for custom status import to Zendesk support connector
AnsweredZendesk has added a new feature to allow customers to specify custom ticket statuses in their support instance. We have multiple customers asking for the ability to import these status values, which will require an enhancement to the connector for Zendesk support

Thanks for the heads up. We will look into adding support for this. Does the status column in the ticket table not capture the new, custom statuses? -

No, the standard status column in the ticket table does not appear to capture the custom status values. My understanding is that there's a different API operation that needs to be called in order to fetch the custom status values that hasn't been integrated with the fivetran connector as of yet.
