Connector Improvement: E-mail(and maybe others) connectors with the option replace table, instead of only appending new rows.

For example, I have an e-mail connector that I`d like to every time I receive a file and it syncs, instead of it appending the new rows in the file to my db table, I need it to truncate the DB table and after that ingest the new file.
So my table will only have data from the last e-mail it received.

I can see this feature being welcome in other types of connectors too.

    Hi Guilherme,

    Thank you for trying out our email connector. I'd love to understand more about the different use case for the different update modes. Do you want to be able to choose between this 'replace' mode and an append mode?
    would you want to have a 'history' mode if there was a way to tell which rows are which?

    Can you share more about the types of data you receive by email that would need these different modes?

    Understanding the need better will help us figure out how to work into our roadmap.
