Connector Improvement: Zendesk support connector missing some fieldsAnswered
We wanted to pull data from ticket_form_history table and according to zendesk documentation we should see agent_conditions field in the table and also as seen in zendesk support ERD.
Please make sure to add all the fields from this api https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/ticketing/tickets/ticket_forms/
to the destination.
Hi Arun, thanks for writing in. I have added support for agent_conditions to our backlog and will update this thread once we have an update to share! In the meantime, would you mind sharing any details about the use case to sync agent conditions to your destination? Intuitively, I am not quite sure how one might use this data. Thank you!
