Thank you for reaching out. I'm a little surprised by the request as our current Magic Folder connector will sync a table for each tab where we find data as per this documentation. https://fivetran.com/docs/files#supportedfileformats - Maybe double check this connector is in Magic Folder Mode.

You don't say which magic folder you are using, however the docs for the connector should include some information on how we detect data eg https://fivetran.com/docs/files/share-point#magicfolder and how we name the multiple tables we create https://fivetran.com/docs/files/share-point#magicfolder_1.
