Connector Improvement: Shopify order sales agreements and sales (GraphQL)
CompletedHi,
In order to attribute the right sales to the right day and match numbers displayed in shopify reports we have a need to identify the date on which an order line item was edited. This is not available in the REST API but is available in the GraphQL API by checking sales agreements and associated sales. If the order line is edited it will create a sales agreement with reason "order edit" and the happenedAt field will provide the date on which it happened. Sales are then linked to the agreement and allow to identify the different products impacted and the line item associated.
We can provide a list of the specific fields we would need on those objects and a GraphQL query to illustrate.
Is adding connectors for these GraphQL objects already on the roadmap ? If not could you give visibility on when it could be added in the future ?
Thanks a lot

Hi,
We're just starting to adopt FiveTran for our Shopify store. We need to report on daily numbers regarding Sales and Agreements which are not currently in the FiveTran data model. The ProductSale and other relevant types are linked to the Agreements types that are illustrated in the Shopify GraphQL. We have huge ask for these numbers. And we are migrating to use the FiveTran data connectors. Hence, would appreciate if this request be implemented in the very near future.
Thanks a lot.
