Connector Improvement: TikTok Custom Reports

Right now there are some metrics (vta_conversion) that we want to use but do not exist in the custom reports. In addition, right now there has been a switch with how TikTok reports attributed revenue which is not supported by Fivetran either so we have no method of figuring out view through conversions and attributed revenue. A custom report would fix that.

    Hi Justin Tabarini, Calvin from the Product team here!

    Thanks for this request. We are in the process of supporting additional metrics in our prebuilt reports - including all attribution metrics (ie. vta_conversion). With that said, there are an abundance of metrics that we can pull from the TikTok Ads API and we have plans to support TikTok Ads custom reports in a future quarter.

    I'll provide an update here once we are able to commit to a timeline.

    Jumping in to provide a quick update on this. We just rolled out TikTok Ads custom reports (see setup guide), which means you can configure your own reporting tables with the desired Report Level, Dimensions, Aggregate and Metrics you'd like to see.
