Connector Improvement: Full load table instead of incremental - Coupa
Hi all,
The data coming from Coupa is not reliable, especially the updated_at field from the budget_line table, which does not get updated correctly. This leads to an incremental load not picking up the changes.
We would like to be able to do a full re-sync of that table (or of all tables if that's easier) to be able to always have the latest data without having to manually trigger the full re-sync.

Thanks for submitting this feature request. It's unfortunate that the data at Coupa is not 100% reliable when it comes to their modified time stamps. We take data integrity seriously so we definitely want to help make sure the data coming into your warehouse is reliable.
In terms of your specific use case is there a cadence in which you would want the table re-imported in full?

Thank you for your reply. A daily re-import of the budget_line table would be great (matches the frequency at which we are currently updating the other tables).

I will add that line deletions and record deletions are also not tracked so relying on the coupa data is really challenging.
