A user with SysAdmin permissions should be able to see the Show Preferences and Reset Password options for other users through the user interface. (I was told this option used to be available in a previous version of HVR.)

Currently the only option available to click for other userids is Delete User, and you can only see the Show Preferences and Reset Password options for your own userid.

I know it is possible to reset passwords for other users from the command line, but it would be much easier if it could be done from the UI.
