Why am I not receiving Fivetran emails?

Environment

Notification emails sent by notifications@fivetran.com.

Answer

If you're not receiving emails from notifications@fivetran.com, please follow the steps below:

• Check Spam folders.
• Check to see if emails from notifications@fivetran.com are being blocked by your email provider.
• Whitelist Fivetran's Sendgrid IP address: 167.89.57.222.

Cause

We use a third-party service (Sendgrid) to send email notifications. It's possible that your company may have blocked this service for security reasons.
