Can I still sync with Zendesk if I have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Yes. Enabling 2FA in Zendesk will not cause any issues with syncing. 2FA only affects username and password-based authentication methods while signing in. Fivetran uses OAuth for Zendesk as mentioned as the alternative in the Zendesk Documentation.
