Problem Summary: How to resolve error F_JR0E62 for a refresh block.
When a refresh job is started HVR creates a refresh block file which prevents the integrate Job from running. If integrate and refresh job run simultaneously it can lead to data inconsistency.
The Error message you see is something like below
2019-03-01T17:18:04+00:00: jbchan1-integ-jbdp2: F_JR0E62: This integrate job is prevented from starting because a refresh job 'jbchan1-refr-edgqa-jbdp2' has started but did not complete yet. If this is not the case, this block can be manually removed by removing control files matching '*.ctrl-jbchan1-integ-jbdp2-*_block' from hub directory '/usr/hvr/hvr_config/router/edgedata/jbchan1/control'. This block will be automatically removed when the mentioned refresh job completes. \
F_JT143C: The previous error occurred while processing new control file '/usr/hvr/hvr_config/router/edgedata/jbchan1/control/5c796629_42f4d_32260.ctrl-jbchan1-integ-jbdp2-refr_edgqa_jbdp2_block'.
This block is created at the location $HVR_CONFIG/router/<hubname>/<channelname>/control on HUB machine. There can be multiple files depending upon if sliced refresh is used or not. Make sure to remove the correct file
Steps to delete the control file and restart integrate job
Navigate to the block file location
Delete the file
Restart the integrate job
