While adding tables to channel, is it required to specify schema name in the hvradapt command even when TableProperties action is defined to point?

Yes. It is mandatory to pass non-dbo schema name in the hvradapt command when you want to add the tables using command prompt even if the channel contains action TableProperties to point to the non-dbo schema.
