Issue

The following errors are seen in HVR GUI:

F_JR0E28: HVR license file 'E:/hvr/hvr_home/lib/hvr.lic' has restrictions on number and/or classes of capture locations. Allowed limits are unlimited capture locations of 'sqlserver' class (filled by XXXX1, XXXX2, XXXX3). The following location exceeds the limits: XXXX4[snowflake]. Please contact HVR Technical Support. The hub fingerprint for machine 'XXXXXXX' is XXXXXX.

F_JB0E01: The previous error occurred while testing if hub's license will still be valid after applying the changes. The changes that were attempted will result in one or more channels to fail their license checks, which might break running jobs if there are any. Attempted changes are not applied.

Cause

Snowflake is only supported as a target/destination location and not a source. The message indicates XXXX4 is marked as a source in the configuration.

Resolution

Check the configuration for the channel to remove capture action from the location group that gets the error.
