Problem Summary:
HVR provided access to the product download site but customer never received the email notification.
Solution:
There have been cases where emails with this information has been sent to people's spam or trash folders. Please confirm it is not there and with your mail administrator in case they have rules in place that may block receiving hvr emails. If this is not the case, then open a ticket with HVR support at https://support.hvr-software.com/portal/home
