HVR 5 Error: F_JG200A: Internal Error Triggered Segmentation Violation Trap SIGSEGV

Explanation

During HVR Initialize the following error occurs:

F_JG200A: Internal error triggered segmentation violation trap SIGSEGV.

F_JR0303: The previous error occurred while fetching location name from the HVR catalogs.

Cause

The error occurs when there is no location group member selected for the location group in location configuration.

HVR 5.7.0/10 introduced an issue where the location group member assignment is deselected.

Resolution

Upgrade HVR on the GUI machine(s) to 5.7.0/10.1 or higher .

[HVR-12955] UPDATE EXISTING LOCATION CONFIGURATION, CAUSE LOCATION TO BE DESELECTED IN LOCATION GROUPS

Workaround:

1. Go to the Channel.
2. Select each location group.
3. Right-click and select properties.
4. Select the appropriate location and check it.

Note: Until upgrade to 5.7.0/10.1 or higher, this issue can recur.
