How do I get Owner access to a Fivetran account?
Only a Fivetran account owner can grant another user Owner access.
To grant Owner access, an account owner must do the following:
Go to the Manage Account page.
Go the Users tab.
Find the user that you want to grant account owner access to.
In the Account row, select the Owner role.
IMPORTANT: If the original account owner is no longer with the organization, contact our support team for further assistance.
You may want Owner access for one of the following reasons:
- A new or existing user needs owner permissions.
- The original account owner has left the organization.
