Oracle Customer Experience is a connected suite of applications which helps you create and manage lasting customer relationships.
The Oracle Customer Experience connector syncs data from following applications:
- Sales Performance Management
- CrowdTwist Loyalty and Engagement
- Subscription Management
- Partner Relationship Management
- B2B Service
- Customer Data Management
Follow our step-by-step Oracle Customer Experience setup guide to connect your Oracle Customer Experience instance with your destination using Fivetran.
Once Fivetran is connected to your Oracle CRM instance, we sync all the tables in the schemas for which we have READ permissions. We import each source table in full before moving onto the next table.
We then update your data at regular intervals. Our update strategy depends on whether or not your table has a
LastUpdateDate column (also known as a timestamp column).
Table with a timestamp columnlink
We re-import the data in full during every sync and do not capture deletes for the table.
Table without a timestamp columnlink
We re-import the table in full. To avoid slowing down our syncs, we may not re-import the table during every incremental sync. The frequency with which we re-import the table is based on how fast we can ingest it from Oracle CRM instance. This speed is entirely dependent on Oracle’s performance.
|Table Import Duration||Import Frequency|
|3 seconds or less||Every incremental sync|
|Between 3 seconds and 5 minutes||Twice a day|
|More than 5 minutes||Once a week|
We mark tables that take longer than 3 seconds to import as
not recommended in your Fivetran dashboard. We also include a message about how frequently Fivetran syncs those tables. By default, we exclude
not recommended tables from your syncs because they degrade performance. However, you can choose to include them.
Oracle Customer Experience’ schema follows the schema rules on our Oracle database connector page.
Syncing empty tables and columnslink
Fivetran can sync empty tables and columns for your Oracle Customer Experience connector. For more information, see our Features documentation.
