While using one of Fivetran’s application connectors, it appears that Fivetran is not leveraging specific data - Not in the sense that there are nulls fields in the destination - but rather that Fivetran does not gather this information at all or is not present in our ERDs.

Please search the available documentation on the source website pointing to this specific data endpoint and pass that on to your Sales Engineer or Technical Success Manager.

Please also include the following info:

• Business requirements of the data : impact, scope, number of business units or customers affected

From there, our team will work with Product and Engineering to gather any timelines associated with these feature improvements and if there are any immediate workarounds.
