Issue

Data comes into the warehouse under different columns, having been translated into other languages. Language conversion is happening in both the column name and value.

Resolution

This may happen if the connecting user has changed the language setting in their account.

The user language setting can be verified by checking the output of the Jira_request salame script:

salame jobs create <ticket> jira_request <account>/<group>/jira/<schema> "/rest/api/2/field"
