Why are my changes to the tags in Freshdesk not being reflected in my ticket to my Fivetran destination?
Change a ticket with the tag so that its
updated_at field is modified, the tag will then show up in the tags.
Fivetran sync tickets from Freshdesk by looking at the ticket's
updated_at tag. However, when you update a tag on Freshdesk, the
updated_at field of a ticket is not changed and as such Fivetran cannot determine if there was a change to the ticket.
