Our Marketo sync is reporting as delayed, even though we can see data is being transferred. What triggers that delayed status?
Purchase more BULK API quota from Marketo; we recommend increasing to 3GB to see if that is enough for your connector, and increasing to 5GB if needed. For more information, please see this article in Marketo's documentation.
At this time, we do not have an estimation on how much bulk API is required for a connector. However, our engineers aware of this inconvenience and are working toward developing a method to estimate the minimum required limit.
Insufficient BULK API quota purchased from Marketo. The rescheduled syncs occur when we hit the BULK API quota limit with Marketo. Example:
