Steps

Row insertions/updates

The fivetran_audit table contains a column, rows_updated_or_inserted. This shows the number of inserted or updated rows compared to the previous sync. Example queries are provided to help identify the number of rows updated per day. 

MAR usage

The Fivetran Log connector will provide you with daily MAR increases. The connector schema contains a table, active_volume. This contains a value of monthly_active_rows for each table. The daily increase of this can be seen.
