Solution

It is recommended that you do not use the Scroll API in your custom integration while using your Intercom credentials for the Fivetran Intercom Connector.

Cause

Fivetran may skip these endpoints in incremental sync cycles if the same credentials are being used to fetch the data from a custom integration.

This warning indicates that Fivetran will not fail the connector. Instead, we will skip the endpoint in the ongoing incremental sync cycle. If the custom integration is stopped, the connector will automatically start fetching the data from these endpoints in the next incremental sync.
