How do I add a user as the Fivetran account owner?
Please ask your account's owner to follow the below steps in order to grant you the Owner role. If the account owner is no longer with your organization, please raise a support ticket for further assistance.
- Go to Manage Account on your dashboard.
- Under the Users tab, find the user and grant Owner role. Make sure to do this for the entire account.
There could be many causes of this. A couple of them are:
- Another user needs owner permissions.
- The original owner left the organization.
