After clicking Re-authorize Connection, you should be asked for login credentials. Instead, you are provided with the error: Authentication failure. Reconnect the integration with the latest username and password.
Connector: Salesforce or Salesforce Sandbox.
To solve this error, please navigate to the Salesforce website and make sure that you have logged out. Alternatively, please open a private/incognito window, navigate to Fivetran and attempt the re-authorization again.
If you attempt to re-authorize your Salesforce connection while already logged in, Salesforce will allow you to bypass the login screen. Next, Salesforce will return a response to us that you are signed in successfully. However, at this stage, no information is provided to us about your credentials.
