The connector fails with the following error:
HTTP Status: 500 Internal Server Error
To resolve this error, please raise a support ticket with Hubspot, including the API call endpoint and the error response as seen in the connector logs. To find the API call endpoint, follow the steps below:
- Select the HubSpot connector.
- Hover over the failed sync and note the sync end time.
- Click the Logs tab.
- Search for api_call to find the call made at the time of the error.
