Answer
You will need to open a ticket with Hubspot.
Include API call endpoint and the error response as seen in the connector logs. To find the API call endpoint, follow these steps:
- Select the Hubspot connector.
- Hover over the failed sync and note the sync end time.
- Click the Logs tab.
- Search for "api_call" to find the call made at the time of the error.
