Is the timestamp in the date field in UTC or local time?

Answer
The timestamp displayed in the date field defaults to UTC unless there was a timezone set up in your Microsoft Advertising account. If a local timezone was provided then we would fetch data based on that particular timezone. If you do not have a timezone listed in your source, we would use UTC as the default.
