Answer
This failure/error is a temporary issue on the Facebook side. In Facebook Ad insights we submit jobs for each day's report and then we wait for its completion. Sometimes the Facebook servers get overloaded and jobs take too anywhere from six hours to one day to complete or they sometimes just fail.
If we see this problem with any job we restart that job and we will restart a maximum of six times. If the jobs continue to fail after that we stop the sync (failed sync). Normally this is an indication that the problem is with Facebook and usually gets resolved on its own.
