- You can use the search bar on the Portal homepage to search through frequently asked questions before submitting a support request.
Submitting a Support Request
- Click the Submit a request link next to your name and you will be redirected to the request form.
- You can get a complete view of your requests by going to My Activities.
- In this view, you can update your tickets and track their progress and status. It will also allow you to track requests made by other users at your Organization.
