What is the alternative for the dimension ad_exchange_mobile_app_name that can be used to configure the Google Ad Manager connector?

You can use AD_EXCHANGE_DFP_MOBILE_APP_NAME (which corresponds to Mobile App names in the UI) instead. You may also check the attached screenshot for reference (link here)
Cause
The dimension ad_exchange_mobile_app_name has been deprecated in v202102 by Google's API.
