Issue

While setting up a Facebook Ads Insights connector, the following error appears, even though the correct account permissions have been granted natively:

Unable to validate querying API for each account
No accounts found to query.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, you will need to reauthorize the connectors within the setup forms, logging into Facebook with an account that has two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. 

Cause

This error can appear when a Business Manager is set up to require 2FA, though the user authorizing the connector does not have two-factor enabled.

Fivetran also needs to approve the pending account requests for the user account used to authorize the connector.
