Issue

In the LinkedIn Connector, it's possible to access the Ad URL for text ads in the click_uri column in the creative_history table. However, the URL for sponsored content, such as images and videos, is not available in the existing ERD .

Resolution

The ability to access URLs for sponsored LinkedIn content may need to be enabled manually by your organization's Customer Success Manager. Please reach out directly, or contact the Support Team for help locating the right email address.

Context:

The sponsored content data is held in the landingpageurl column. This data is not readily available in your existing Fivetran UI. However, Fivetran can amend the connector configuration to provide you with access to this data.

Considerations:

Once enabled, it will take a minimum of 24 hours until you are provided with the applicable data.
