Issue
It's not possible to log into your account while using your SSO. The following error appears:

Resolution
Please follow the steps below:
- Make sure you are using the correct URL to log in. While using SSO, it would be of the format
yourdomain.zendesk.com
- Check if the account has no restrictions on the authentication type. More info on this can be found here here.
