Question
Why is the Salesforce connector taking a long time to sync following the addition of a new table?
Environment
Connector: Salesforce
Answer
Any newly-added table will complete a historical sync. If there is a large volume of data in the new table, then this may cause a large increase in sync time.
When these tables complete their historical sync, the connector will return to a similar sync speed as before, though with a potential increase due to the addition of the new table.
