Find out how Fivetran is performing by subscribing to updates from our Status Page. By subscribing, you can receive alerts about any major incidents, disconnections, errors, downtime, and more that may impact your data or use of the platform. You can also choose to filter your alerts to include only the components that are applicable to your team.
What Is the Status Page?
The Fivetran Status Page is an online dashboard that allows Fivetran to display the operational status of all components and areas of the platform. You can find real-time updates about current major incidents, an overview of how all areas of the platform have performed over the last 30 days, and detailed information about all historical incidents from the past.
Not all individual, user-reported issues will be reported on the Status Page, but rather all incidents, issues, and maintenance that may potentially impact you. Please see some examples below:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Major incidents
- Platform downtime (scheduled or unplanned)
- Native issues/downtime (e.g., a connector that is not functioning correctly as a result of issues they're experiencing natively)
- Unexpected errors
In addition, in most cases, regular updates will be provided about each incident to include:
- When the incident has been identified
- When an important update has been shared
- When a fix is in progress
- When a fix is being monitored
- When an incident has been resolved
Current incidents
Incidents that are currently impacting the platform or individual components are displayed at the top of the Status Page. From the top right of each incident, click Subscribe to receive alerts about any updates for this particular incident.
