How to reduce sync time and API consumption

Answer

The Email endpoint has the most significant impact on the API and sync time.
 
To identify any other tables based on your data, monitor the dashboard sync logs as the sync is running. From there, you will have visibility into any endpoints consuming a lot of API quota. You can then decide to de-select these. 
 
Another approach is to de-select any unneeded tables before the sync begins if you aim to reduce the API quota consumed from the start of the sync.

You can set this value based on your Daily limit from Pardot. This limit will be respected during the historical sync and incremental sync.
