During capture, HVR stops and emits the following error:

F_JT0400: Log scanning error F_JZ1517. Non-Terminal page at block <block number> in Redo Logfile with sequence <sequence number> failed CRC test.

The issue encountered is likely that HVR is immediately behind the Oracle log writer, causing it to see blocks that are not fully written yet, thus failing the checksum test (CRC). Skip this check by adding an Environment Action with /Name=HVR_SCAN_IGNORE_CRC and /Value=1 to your capture location group. Re-Initialize with Scripts and Jobs in version 5x, or Re-Activate with Jobs in version 6x Local Data Processing, to pick up the change for capture. No refresh should be necessary.
